Julie Ingram received her BA in Italian from UC
Berkeley before interning at the Juilliard Opera Center. In May 2002 she received
her Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Texas
at Austin where she studied with noted teacher MarthaDeatherage. She is a
Music Teacher at the ALO Armstrong Community Music School which is where she
met Ms. Lillian Kaufman. In 2002 she developed a multi-media Kurt Weill show
with Austin animator Greg Omelchuck and continues to research European
music from the 1920s and 1930s. Julie is THRILLED to be part of the Retro
Radio Drama and thinks Ms. Kaufman is genius!
